Delete your Queezly account
Queezly is an app by BareHacks Software Solutions OPC. You can delete your account and the data backed up to it at any time — in the app, or by asking us on this page.
Delete it in the app
Your account is deleted straight away.
- 1Open Queezly and tap Account at the bottom of the screen.
- 2Tap Delete account. You can export your results to Excel first.
- 3Type DELETE and tap Delete account permanently.
Can’t open the app? Email us
Send an email from the address on your Queezly account and we’ll delete the account and everything backed up to it within 30 days.

We’re deleting your account

What happens to your data
Deleted
- Your account, email address and school profile
- Classes, student names and student numbers (such as LRNs) backed up to your account
- Quizzes, answer keys and results backed up to your account
- Free-plan usage and reward records
- Backed-up classes on phones signed in to your account, the next time they connect
Kept for a limited time
- Our providers’ backup copies: removed within 30 days
- Crash reports (no names or student information): up to 90 days
- Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting laws require
- Classes never backed up: stay only on your phone until you delete them or uninstall Queezly
Delete only some data
Delete classes, students or quizzes in the app, or email [email protected]and tell us what to remove.
No account?
If you use Queezly without an account, your data is only on your phone. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
